Cub Scout Adventure at Wehinahpay is a long weekend opportunity for parents, siblings, friends, and cubs to go on an adventure!
All you have to do is get yourself here!
Let us do the planning to complement the activities and advancement that your pack enjoys at home. Let us know what skills you'd like to build on and we'll put together experiences that only the mountains could offer!
No trailer? No problem. Save room in your travel bags by letting us take care of the tents and cots. Just bring your sleeping bag and pillow and your lodging is good to go.
These campsites also have a little more of everything for those of us who need electricity on our site or more flexible shower times. With more accessibility, new parents and friends will have the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors like a scout with more of the comforts of home!
weblos
program
Give your older cubs a way to step into their adventure! Our Weblos night is a program unlike any other that we like to call Webo-ree! They'll get to see a campfire presentation specially made by the staff for them and take part in some special programs offered to nobody else!
Tuition for Weblo-ree is included in all Weblos
registrations for Cub Weekend. The extra night is at no extra cost!
Take this opportunity to introduce your Weblos to life as a scout as our staff offers them Dutch oven deserts, Special take-home crafts, extra range time, and much more all in one day!
A single registration for the Weblo-ree overnighter is available for Weblos who are unable to attend the rest of Cub Weekend!

RESERVE YOUR SPOT
Just click on the Register Now link at the bottom of this page and fill out some basic information. To reserve a spot at camp, all we need is an estimate of the size of your group and a $200 minimum payment to act as a deposit for your dates.
This deposit goes toward your final balance and reserves a spot for the number of scouts you estimate will be interested in the session of your choice. Don't worry about exact numbers just yet, you can always add or subtract participants before the first payment due date.
Keep in mind that it is first come first serve!

Plan your payments
SEPTEMBER 1ST
Reserve a spot at camp, with a $200 deposit before September 1st each year to lock in the previous year’s prices for example, register by Sept. 1 2022 and save big on
more programs, more amenities, more adventures!
JANUARY 1ST
Start inputting the names of your scouts and making some decisions about your group size!
FEBRUARY 1ST
Early Bird pricing ends. The scouts who have not yet been paid in full will be charged the “regular” pricing for their summer camp session.
MAY 1ST
Regular Pricing ends. Late fees are applied.
JUNE 1ST
This is when Late fees begin to apply, but don't worry! Our fee schedule is made to make payments as easy as possible! We'll also be reaching out to Packs at this time to discuss program, details of the registrations and answer any question you or your parents may have!

Final Preparations-
Camp check-in is quick and simple when everyone is prepared!
Read through the Leaders Guide and Communicate with your Scout Masters!
Th Scout Master In Charge will recieve a “Camp Call” that will happen no later than 5 days before your session's arrival date.
We want to be sure you have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, get reminders for important paperwork, and confirm the details of your registration with someone in leadership. Be sure to have all of your information in BlackPug before June 1st!
