ADVENTURE CAMPING
Let us do the planning! Eat your meals with us in the dining hall and get right back into the action.
No trailer? No problem. Save room in your travel bags by letting us take care of the tents. Just bring your sleeping bag and pillow to throw on your cot bed.
These campsites also have a little more of everything for those of us who need electricity in our site or more flexible shower times.
We suggest 2 adults per 16 youth or a 1/8 ratio for registration, this helps with supervision during program times and travel.

RUGGED CAMPING
Make your campsite truly your own! Your troop will have the chance to plan and cook 3 dinners in your campsite, and plan/make 5 lunches to enjoy in your campsite or in our picnic areas.

Enjoy meals in our Dining Hall like other Troops.
These campsites are flexible and allow your scouts to meet advancement requirements by setting up tents and taking more charge of their camping experience.

Camp Application
Just click on the link to the left and fill out some basic information. To reserve a spot at camp, all we need is the completed forms and a $200 minimum payment to act as a deposit for your group.
This deposit goes toward your final balance and reserves a spot for the number of scouts you estimate will be interested in the session of your choice. Don't worry about exact numbers just yet, you can always add or subtract participants before the first payment due date.
Keep in mind that it is first come first serve!

Plan your payments
We get excited when Troops plan ahead with us so here are some deadlines to remember
Before Nov. 1st: Grab Pre-registration savings
After Nov. 1st: Book your reservation with deposit
March 1st: Rosters and First Payments Due
April 1st: Early Bird final balance due
May 1st: Regular final balance due
After May 1st Late Fees are applied.
Registration can happen any time after that and doesn't close until two weeks before each session!
Which means even our last minute Troops could possibly get a slot!
Keep in mind that this structure is based on when you pay your final balance. So be sure not to lose your rates!

first Payment Due- March 1st
Rosters will be due with a payment of $100 per person to lock in the approximate size of your group. The Roster can be found at the link below and should be filled in as the template shows.

This payment and file should be sent in via BlackPug, our registration portal
When we receive this payment, we will send you a link where you can sign up for your classes.
Any changes should be sent here do not reupload the roster after being submitted

Final Payment Due-
Camp check-in is quick and simple. Making sure you have your balance paid out long before you leave home lets you focus on the scouts and their gear!
The balance on your reservation
should be paid out no later than April 1st.
Then you just sit back and relax! 2 weeks before you arrive you'll:
- be given a call by our program director confirming your roster and other details
- be guided through any outstanding forms, fees, or Merit Badge Schedule information.
- be given an official update on expected weather for your week in camp
- even be able to sign up for Pre-arrival Check-in!
remember, if you have a scout join in with your Troop last minute they COULD qualify to avoid late fees, reach out to us with any changes to your group as soon as you find them and we'll see what we can do.
