Year Round Camping at Wehinahpay Mountain Camp
The Sacramento Mountains have four gorgeous seasons, each offering perfect temperatures for year round outdoor activity.
SUMMER: The time of year when the canyon fills with laughter and sunshine... literally! Wehinahpay hosts over 200 scouts and volunteers each week during our ever-expanding resident summer camp program. In summer 2022 we hope to establish more campsites and a streamlined Merit Badge system that'll be a fast track to success without sacrificing an ounce of adventure.
We've dedicated many months to designing an accessible, unique and simple to navigate process of the BSA Summer Camp experience. As we continue to improve we understand that many of our Troops, Crews and Adult Leaders may have questions about the new process. So here's a map!
